Attendees will learn the following on April 13:

• Complete ins and outs of SP500 index funds; this is all you really need to know

• Historical performance of the SP and how to use it to beat the SP

• How to use the Portfolio Visualizer tool to evaluate stocks, bonds, ETF’s, mutual funds, and entire portfolios that hold some or all of these

• Crash to Cash techniques to make 30, 200 plus, or even 2000 plus percent using only SP index fund variations

• Brief discussions on Social Security and Medicare

• How to spreadsheet out their “passive income” days to include all the major variations to income that happen over time

• Based heavily on the techniques taught in my book “Crash to Cash” and a lot of this will be “live” on the Portfolio Visualizer

-SP 500 details; the 11 sectors, market cap weighting, changes over time

-SP 500 performance: long term average, pullbacks, corrections, bears, and superbears

– SP variations including equal weighted, growth, value, and three leveraged versions, and ETF’s of each of the 11 SP sectors . That is like 17 variations of the SP500 index fund

– performance of the SP500 variations versus the SP500

– asset allocation, creating a portfolio you can easily self manage

– Social Security briefly

– withdrawing from your portfolio; turning equity into income without running out of money
