Southside Subgroup is BACK!

Join us on Wednesday, April 27 for our first regularly scheduled Subgroup meeting on the 4th Wednesday of every month at 7 pm.  Thanks to Ricky McKenzie and Scott Miller for stepping up to lead the group!  We will meet on the Southside, in the event space at 2245 Godby Rd, College Park, 30349.

About the Leaders

Ricky McKenzie

Ricky McKenzie has been investing for over 20 years. He survived the 2008 real estate crash and has done 100+ real estate transactions. He still holds some residential properties but is mostly interested in the commercial space and owns several office buildings and retail spaces.

Scott Miller

Scott Miller is currently a buy-and-hold investor with properties in the South Cobb area (Austell, Mableton, and unincorporated Smyrna). He started in the real estate business in the mid-1990s in intown rentals. Scott enjoys discussing investment real estate and attending GaREIA functions, and meeting other investors who invest in the Metro Atlanta area.
