Intown Rehabbers Subgroup meets at 11 am the 4th Tuesday of every month on location at an investor’s property rehab.

You will remember that Reuben Jones bought this building in 2015 and rented it as it was for several years before he decided to renovate and upgrade.  This is a twelve unit apartment building in the Mechanicsville neighborhood, immediately south of downtown.  As of this writing there are five units rented out, and we will see the building and some rent ready units just the way Reuben’s new prospects see them.

We will still be able to use the same parking immediately north of the building as in our previous visits, though the parking is now fenced in.  We will enter via Formwalt Street.
