Creative Deal Structuring

The last 2023 Creative Deal Structuring meeting was on November 7. The next meeting will be on Tuesday, January 9, 2024. 

The Creative Deal Structuring Subgroup meets the 2nd Tuesday of every month, from 10 am – 12 pm, at Ecom Spaces, 600 Bronner Brothers Way SW, Atlanta 30310. Ari Newman is the Subgroup Leader.

• Each month the group will focus on a specific topic related to creative finance, control, structure, etc. – a collaborative discussion with moderator

• Some meetings will feature a guest speaker who will lead the discussion about the subject that month, with lots of Q&A

• Most meetings will include a component of  “Haves/Wants” where people can bring their deals into the room for discussion, collaboration, etc.

• The goal is to work collaboratively, sharing knowledge to make better deals and close them.

• Focus on taking action to transact – not just learning theory

Join us to learn how to buy, sell and control real estate while working in collaboration with other investors.  Bring your Haves & Wants so that we can work to structure deals that we otherwise couldn’t close on our own.
