Darrell Weaver, the Austell Economic Development Director, will update the Subgroup on investment opportunities in Austell, zoning changes for downtown Austell to encourage mixed-use redevelopment, progress on the Silver Comet connector trail on Austell-Powder Springs Rd, and answer your questions.

The Cobb / West Georgia Subgroup regularly meets the 2nd Thursday of every month.

Scott Miller is currently a buy-and-hold investor with properties in the South Cobb area (Austell, Mableton, and unincorporated Smyrna). He started in the real estate business in the mid-1990s in intown rentals. Scott enjoys discussing investment real estate and attending GaREIA functions, and meeting other investors who invest in the Metro Atlanta area.
