The Georgia Real Estate Investors Association (GaREIA) is a not-for-profit 501(c)6 Georgia Corporation. It began in Atlanta in 1981, and incorporated in 1986. The organization is a volunteer organization whose purpose is to educate and motivate professional real estate investors. In addition, GaREIA provides networking opportunities for its membership.
GaREIA is one of the longest running real estate investors associations in the U.S. Since opening, it has helped many people become successful real estate investors. As a result, many of our longtime members have asked for a way to give back to GaREIA.
