The Cobb/West Georgia subgroup meets in-person on the second Wednesday of every month at 6:30 p.m. at South Cobb Diner in Austell. Each session we discuss topics relevant to Cobb County, West Georgia, and, most importantly, the interests and needs of our attendees. Join us for an engaging, community-driven meeting. Our panel will lead a discussion on alternative real estate investments which by definition are related to real estate but go beyond fix and flips and buy n hold strategies to include private lending, seller-held mortgages etc.
