Mr. Domonic Purviance is a Subject Matter Expert in the Supervision, Regulation, and Credit Division at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. He specializes in assessing risks in residential real estate markets and developing analytical tools used across the Federal Reserve System, including the Home Ownership Affordability Monitor (HOAM). Mr. Purviance frequently speaks at public events and contributes to the Federal Reserve’s Beige Book. Previously, he led Market Advisory Services, LLC, and served as a Senior Consultant at Metrostudy. He holds a B.A. in Urban Planning from Morehouse College and a Master’s in City and Regional Planning from Georgia Tech.
