The October 14 hybrid meetings of Creative Deal Structuring Subgroup will be from 10am-12pm at the GAREIA Office, 4353 Tilly Mill Rd, Ste. 130, Atlanta, GA 30360. All other meeting will be at Halidom Eatery.
A hands-on, collaborative discussion on how to buy, sell, and control real estate. This in-person event is held on the 2nd Tuesday of the month at 10am. Each month, we dive into a new topic focused on creative finance, control structures, and other innovative strategies. This interactive session is led by a moderator to encourage open discussion and knowledge sharing, ensuring you walk away with practical insights. Our subgroup leader, Ari Newman, will guide these in-person meetings and help you connect better with the community.

Our next meeting will be a Hybrid meeting at the GAREIA office on Tue. October 14th from 10am-12pm. Our guest speaker will be David Whitridge who is a Bankruptcy attorney that represents Creditors. We will be exploring some scenarios on how to protect yourself as a Creditor/Lender when your borrower defaults or files Bankruptcy.
