The October 14 hybrid meetings of Creative Deal Structuring Subgroup will be from 10am-12pm at the GAREIA Office, 4353 Tilly Mill Rd, Ste. 130, Atlanta, GA 30360. All other meeting will be at Halidom Eatery.
A hands-on, collaborative discussion on how to buy, sell, and control real estate. This in-person event is held on the 2nd Tuesday of the month at 10am. Each month, we dive into a new topic focused on creative finance, control structures, and other innovative strategies. This interactive session is led by a moderator to encourage open discussion and knowledge sharing, ensuring you walk away with practical insights. Our subgroup leader, Ari Newman, will guide these in-person meetings and help you connect better with the community.

The next meeting of the Creative Deal Structuring Subgroup is scheduled for Tues. November 11th from 10am-12pm in person at the Halidom in the Jungle Room. 1341 Moreland Ave SE Suite 2000, Atlanta, GA, 30316. The format for this meeting will be an open Q&A forum on creative deal structuring. We will review examples of a few deal structures and leave the rest of the time open for the exchange of ideas related to deals that you're working on.
