Our next educational session will be led by Guest Speaker, Michael Braswell, President of Braswell Capital Solutions. He is going to SHOW US THE MONEY, by sharing with us “How to obtain financing for your real estate projects.â€

Michael has worked in the real estate industry since 2005 as both a successful agent and mortgage banker. He is passionate about helping people build long-term wealth through real estate investing. Mr. Braswell will be educating us on options to propel our real estate business. In June 2017, Michael launched Braswell Capital Solutions – a full service private lending brokerage offering fix and flip, buy and hold, and commercial real estate loans across the U.S. He is a graduate of Morehouse College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance. Michael lives in Fayetteville with his wife, two children and two dogs.  Â
