There are words you say in a particular order that make people say “yes”, and there are words that you say in a particular order that make them say “no”. Until you know the words to say, nothing good’s gonna happen.

If you want to know the words to say, I’ll teach you.

When I started, I didn’t have the words to say, and I didn’t know what to do. Later I learned that it’s really easy. There are 3 phases to what you say, and once I knew what to say, when to say it, and how to say it, deals started to come together more frequently and predictably.

There’s something you say to get their attention. Something you say that gets them to meet you at the property, and something you say that gets the deal at the right price.

And that’s all you need.
