The GaREIA General Meeting is currently being held online
on the 2nd Monday of every month at 7 pm.

Join us on July 13th as our Keynote Speaker, Darlene Coquerel, the Queen of Foreclosures, leads us in discussions on how social distancing has changed the way she does real estate!

The objectives of Darlene’s July 13 presentation are to:

  • Get you actively talking to motivated sellers and structure deals to get your offers accepted!

  • Show you how to start today with real estate, how to buy houses during these uncertain times, and how to build a successful business as a real estate investor

  • How to build your real estate business starting from where you are right now, whether that is doing your first deal or finding your next deal

  • When you realize you can tell any homeowner that you have a solution to their problem, no matter what their situation is, you will gain confidence you need and the trust they need to close more deals and make money in 60 days or less.

Darlene Coquerel, Queen of Foreclosures, created a course based on decades of experience working all phases of foreclosures and from transacting hundreds of millions of dollars in acquisitions and sales. With almost 30 years in real estate under her belt, Darlene has been through several real estate cycles and she will tell you where the market is NOW, as history is about to repeat itself, she says.

Are you ready?  Bring your notepad! Darlene lays on the content!
