Commercial / Multi-Family – Mar 1

Program for March 1

Do you believe people are going to be able to work from anywhere?

On Tuesday March 1st, we have Tony Bacigalupo as our Guest Speaker.  Tony is all over YouTube as a coach and educator for folks building, buying, refining their co-working, collaborative, and community spaces.  I’ve watched a number of his videos and think he’s a great fit for the group.

Co-working spaces can be relatively small and inexpensive compared to other commercial investments, and relatively inexpensive to set up.  Instead of a 5,000SF space with 30 private offices, how about hundreds of ‘hot desks’ and a few private offices, and a collaborative environment that keeps people loyal to your space while tripling the rent?  I knew the rent boost would intrigue you.

See you there,

Rick Baggenstoss, Subgroup Leader
